Overall VU was the most streamlined process I have ever used for obtaining a VA mortgage loan. From application to pre-approval took less than 10 minutes, and every step beyond was communicated thoroughly and completely. I allowed VU to drive the process and was never put in a position where I felt like I was missing something. They also sent us a welcome home gift full of things for our kids which they never put down. Overall incredibly pleased with the entire process. Thank you VU!

The trip isn't over as of yet for our family until we make our move soon. But overall, a fantastic team to be with! I thought that the VA being involved would save me some money but all the team did was nit pick. No care for the lender ot veteran
