Veterans United made the home buying process very simple and fast.

The only issues we had was once we moved into the home we found more problems with the home that the Inspector should have easily spotted. Key items seemed to have been missed that would've been helpful to know. I cant remember if VeteransUnited was in charge of hiring this inspector

Katie tried to sell me an inferior loan product, and the two customer advocates I spoke to made excuses, failed to deliver in their promises for follow-through, and used delaying my closing as a scare tactic. This company fought so hard to keep me from learning about the better loan on the table that it's hard to believe it wasn't intentional. If I were less persistent, or less financially literate, VU would have happily kept an extra $2K of my life savings.
