The whole team involved in this process has been incredible!! They were so kind and made us feel so reassured when things didn't go the way we envisioned it. We are so ecstatic with our house and are so grateful that Lance and the team were the ones to help us with it!!
Would have liked a better understanding of closing, we didn't feel as informed and therefore a bit unprepared. We would have liked to have been told that we needed a cashiers check along with the amount. We also would have liked a bit more time for final walk through , we understand weather can be a factor in holding people up, but it did make things a bit tuffer. Overall we worked together and achieved a final result,,,,,we bought a house! :)))
