I am grateful for the team Veterans United set me up with. Jeremy, Meghan, Joshua, and Linda all went above and beyond to make this as smooth a process as they could. They kept me focused, well informed, upbeat, and on task. Without these folks guidance, this would have been a nightmare to navigate alone. Thank you to Veterans United for the opportunity to make the acquaintance of these fine folks, and for making this dream become a reality!

I couldn’t ask for a better experience than I have with Veterans United! The main person I worked with was Schandler. He checked in on me, updated me as we went along, answered all my questions, responded back right away. The process between VU, Infinity, my realtor etc.. has been a very smooth process. I had no stress during purchasing my home. I couldn’t be happier & I’m happy to recommend VU to anyone!!

I have nothing but positives to say about the team that helped me through this whole process. I hope to never have to move again, but if I do, I'll be using Veterans United for the 3rd time.

If I would've known buying a house was this easy, I would've done it years ago!!!

As a veteran I’m truly grateful for the support everyone has shown me and my family. Veterans United has uplifted my spirit and I look forward to living in my beautiful new HOME! Thanks you

My wife and I want to extend our deepest thank you to all involved with this home purchase. If I knew it was going to be this easy, we would have done it years ago.

I have always heard horror stories about the home buying process, but with Veterans United they made everything as simple as just a push of a button.

The experience to me was good, my only thing that I didn't care for too much was the communication thing. I am a big communicating person, and I feel it just makes things easier.

Another very important part of Brice’s team was Anna Anna Barton professional kind competent knowledgeable never delayed in helping with anything that we needed and we were long distance of course like most people are, but we definitely needed a kind voice and Anna Barton was there as well as the whole team.

Glad the deal is finally done. Several things happened with the sale that was out of mine and Veterans United’s control. I would say there needs to be an improvement on internal communication within the company. It felt like at some points the team wasn’t on the same page and gave out conflicting information.

Kelsey helped us through the process. She spent tons of time with us on the phone, making sure that we understood. She was so helpful during the whole process even something that she wasn’t involved with we appreciate her so much.

I did not like how once our offer was accepted we were passed onto another team member without a heads up after working with our loan officer for a few months. Also, I asked multiple times in the beginning what documents were required but days before closing we were needing more documents and stuff was being waited on until last minute like employment verification and I had to remind them a couple of times that we had already provided documents they were asking for. Overall it was pretty easy but organization skills definitely need improved.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Zachary,
Thanks for the honest feedback—and congrats on getting to the finish line with your home! I’m sorry we didn’t do a better job keeping you informed, especially during the transition between team members. After months of working closely with someone, I can see how frustrating it would be to suddenly be passed off without a heads up. That’s not how we want anyone to feel, especially during such an important milestone.
It also sounds like we created some unnecessary stress in the final days before closing. Last-minute document requests and repeat asks for things you've already provided? That’s not just frustrating—it makes the process feel disorganized, and I totally get why that left a sour taste.
If you’re open to sharing more, we’d love the chance to dig in and pass along your feedback to our team leaders. You can reach us at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com. We're available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, and always here to listen.

Jordan and his team did a fabulous job helping me as a first time homebuyer! The knowledge they hold in the services they provide is unmatched. I rarely needed to ask any additional questions because they were extremely thorough. If i did have any questions they were answered promptly. They are all amazing at what they do and you can tell they truly care about their clients! They made the loan process a breeze for me and helped me feel confident. I would recommend everyone to use them if the option is available.
