Veterans United made the process seem easy to do, but with the mountain of paperwork I have accumulated through the effort, looks to be daunting, but not with Veterans United helping us through. The uploading of data using their process was also quite user friendly!

Easy to use website and To-Do-List with helpful videos to guide you along. HOWEVER, Agent to Client communication is lacking. I felt alone and felt out of the loop. I was not verbally informed ahead of time about all the fees I'd have to come up with on my end.I informed them I had NOTHING TO PUT DOWN yet after it was all over I had to put down 500.00 to hold the place as well as additional $2000 out of pocket in home inspection, appraisal and remaining closing costs... It took a toll that I am no longer excited about buying a house...I feel robbed and mislead. If I knew what I was getting into I would have waited..
