Katie tried to sell me an inferior loan product, and the two customer advocates I spoke to made excuses, failed to deliver in their promises for follow-through, and used delaying my closing as a scare tactic. This company fought so hard to keep me from learning about the better loan on the table that it's hard to believe it wasn't intentional. If I were less persistent, or less financially literate, VU would have happily kept an extra $2K of my life savings.

Seriously give everyone there a raise, they were on top of everything every step of the way. I’ve moved tons of time and getting into apartments have been harder and more difficult than this home buying process. They could not have made it any easier or any simpler. 10/10 would recommend, everyone I worked with was amazing.


Overall, it was a great experience! The smoothest home buying experience we've ever had! Thr only comment would be that many of the extra programs they have are not established in smaller towns. We were unable to truly utilize the preferred realtor incentive and some of the concierge services.


We counted on our real estate agent to be truthful and honest with us since we could not physically be there to purchase our home so we bought our home based off of her eyes her opinions, her thoughts, and the pictures and videos. She showed us, and we were totally screwed over big time.

The experience of buying a home is scary in and of itself. Adam and his team (Especifically Josh) did above and beyond what I would expect.
