I truly thought this was going to be one of the most difficult, lengthy processes I have experienced, especially as a first time homebuyer. To say the VU Team made everything as easy and seamless as possible is an understatement. From start to finish, the team walked me through every step, answered every question. They made the process so easy, I think we closed in less than a month! It went so fast and easy, it certainly feels like it was less than a month. Kayla Wilson was such a great help to my wife and I. Even though we did not qualify at first for a mortgage, she guided us and gave us great advice on how to get our credit scores up and how to pay down debt. We would have been unable to get a mortgage without her help. I also can’t say how great it was to work with dalton. He always had our best interests in mind to ensure we would get the best deal.
