Ok… so I thought this another gimmick and I would regret calling United Veterans… I was shocked from the first phone call to the last email. This was the first home I had bought in quite sometime. Everything was handled by the numbers, proactive, professional and answered every question I had… man what an experience!!! If I had to do it all over again, I’d choose United Veterans. I didn’t like how it took me to go to another lender to get what I wanted for as far as interest and getting the closing costs covered.
The process is really smooth and you are able to reach out to one of the loan officers at anytime by email or phone. The turn around response time is quick.No question goes unanswered by the team, which I appreciated greatly, especially since everything was done through emails and calls until the final stage.Thankful for the notary coming to our home since my husband is in a wheelchair. They made the closing process easy for us, which I greatly appreciated.Hats off to everyone involved in the process.
